Summarize what the experts have written about the issues facing the United States in terms of the growing elderly population. How do experts suggest addressing these issues?
Assess whether their conclusions are methodologically sound. Assess how the rapidly increasing population of elders is going to impact the younger generations in terms of political power and their need for social support.
Evaluate what actions are currently being taken to address these issues of having an increasing older population. What have the results of those actions been? Justify which remedies you agree with, and support your conclusions with your scholarly research.
The paper must be eight to ten pages in length excluding title page and reference pages and formatted according to APA style. In addition to the course textbook, the paper must include a minimum of five scholarly sources that were written within the last five years. At least three of these sources must be found in the Ashford University Library.
You are also encouraged to use reputable Internet resources. Make sure to cite your sources in text as well as in the references page.
